Hancock’s Southeast Contractors Mixture was developed to provide quick and long-lasting coverage. This blend includes a starter seed which germinates quickly and helps prevent erosion while the perennial grasses germinate. This mixture is designed for the extremely hot weather in the southeastern United States and can be seeded for new home or construction sites. The Hancock’s Southeast Contractor’s Mix is excellent for quick green coverage that is drought and traffic tolerant.

- Germination Time: Ryegrass - 5 - 7 days, Common Bermuda - 7 - 14 days, Pensacola Bahia - 21 - 30 days, Brown Top Millet - 5 - 7 days, under optimal conditions

- Height: Lawn - 3 - 5 inches; Pasture - 8 - 20 inches
- Sunlight Requirements: 8+ hours, full sun for optimal results

Hancock's Southeast Contractor Fall & Winter Seed Mix is formulated to provide a quality blend for its intended purpose and may include, but is not limited to, Annual Ryegrass, Common Bermuda, Pensacola Bahia, and other carefully selected seed varieties. During seasonal transition periods, temporary cover or nurse crops such as Brown Top Millet may also be included when appropriate to help maintain the intended function of the mix.
