Hancock Farm & Seed Co. understands that quick delivery of orders is important to you, and we are fortunate that having farmer direct seeds allows us to send our product directly from Hancock Farm to you. We take pride in sending your order as soon as possible for all products in stock, so you're not left waiting. This applies to orders of all sizes!
Fast & Free Shipping On Hundreds of Products
Most of our smaller bags such as the 1, 5, 10, and 25 lb. bags have free shipping to the contiguous United States. Our 50 lb. bags do not have free shipping, but we do offer our discounted shipping rates for those products. If you are interested in a larger quantity of seed (i.e. 250 lbs. or more), you can submit an eQuote or call 1(800)-552-1027 for additional discounts on the seed and discounted shipping.

We work extremely hard to build relationships with UPS to offer the lowest shipping rates and timely delivery. UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air are calculated based on shipping location and product weight.
- Store Pickup - Free (Farm Pick-Ups must be picked up within 5-7 business days after product is available.)
- UPS Ground - Calculated based on shipping address and weight of product ordered.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - Calculated based on shipping address and weight of product ordered. Same day shipping available for orders placed by 12:00pm EST.

Bulk/Commercial Shipping Policy
Hancock Seed offers its eQuote system to provide bulk order customers with the best rates possible, for both seeds and shipping. If you need to purchase 250 lbs. of seed or more, please fill out the eQuote form here. Please indicate what product (or products) you are interested in, how much you require, and your shipping zip code. We will send you a quote within 24 hours of receiving your request. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please check your email’s spam folder, or call 1(800) 552-1027 during regular business hours. Thank you!
International Shipping Policy
We can ship outside of the United States! If you are looking to place an international order, please fill out the International Quote form here or email info@hancockseed.com with any questions. In most countries, seeds are regulated and require special documents and/or treatments to be exported. Most commonly, those documents are a Phytosanitary Certificate and an Import Permit. If your country requires a phytosanitary certificate, we work with our Department of Agriculture to obtain the certificate prior to the seed leaving our facility and the fee is $250. If an import permit is required, you would have to obtain that document from the Ministry of Agriculture in the destination country and provide us with that permit. If the import permit states that there are additional requirements, we would charge additional fees for those services. Currently, we ONLY accept wire transfers for payment of international orders.

Cancelation Policy
Orders may be canceled prior to being shipped. Order cancelations must be made via a phone call (800-552-1027) or email to info@hancockseed.com referencing your order number. If your order has already left the facility, you may be responsible for shipping charges incurred.
Return Policy
Hancock Farm & Seed Co. will issue a refund on unused items that are returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date in unopened bags or containers. We will refund the purchase price of the seed, minus a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges for any item they wish to return under our return terms. We cannot issue credit on seeds that are returned after the 30-day period.
