By filling out the form below and submitting the seed support request, you are acknowledging the information listed below. We aim to respond within 5 to 7 business days from the submission date.
Once we receive your completed form, we will assess your information to determine what may have occurred and determine how best to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
We ask that Seed Support Requests be started within 90 days of the purchase date. Photographs are required to fully process the support request. If we do not receive a reply via email with the information needed within 7 days, the support request will be closed. Shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes are non-refundable, which includes items that ship free.
