These can be grown in a greenhouse or a protected area very easily. Optimal soil temperature range for germination is 55-75 degrees. Sow the seeds evenly 1/8-1/4 in. deep in well-drained potting soil. Keep the soil consistently damp, but not soaked; this can cause mold to form. Hancock's Mild Microgreens Seed Mix requires a minimum of 4 hours of direct sunlight, daily.
Hancock's Mild Microgreens Seed Mix are ready to harvest on average 10-14 days after planting. Harvest time will depend on varieties, growing conditions and final size desired. Microgreens are recommended to be cut at 1 in. to 2 in. in height so that they are not overly tough. You can store cut Microgreens in a plastic bag in your refrigerator.
