The environmentally-friendly combination of improved turf-type Tall Fescues and Microclover provides a lawn that starts green from spring to summer with very little fertilizer, fungicides or water. The Microclover spoon-feeds nitrogen to the grass, producing a healthy, dense, green lawn. The dense growth of the Clover with the grass helps crowd out existing weeds and keep new ones from establishing. This mixture is low maintenance and is shade, drought, traffic and cold tolerant.

This 4-way blend performs well under both high and low maintenance and in the extreme environments of both the southeast and the desert southwest. Fescue grass seed is a high density, dark green and excellent choice for home lawns, parks, playgrounds and turf applications. This versatile turf type fescue blend has high resistance to brown patch and stem rust. It also has a dwarf growth habit for reduced mowing and a uniform appearance. Tall Fescue can tolerate mowing heights as low as 1 in., however, a 1.5 - 3 in. mowing height is recommended.
This seed is pre-inoculated.
