Hancock Seed stands by our products, and we are happy to assist you if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We strive for excellent customer service and look forward to assisting you with your planting experience. By filling out the form below and submitting the claim, you are acknowledging the information listed below. We aim to respond within 5 to 7 business days from the submission date.
Once we receive your completed form, we will assess your claim to determine what may have occurred or happened to result in poor germination. We will determine how best to resolve the claim on a case-by-case basis. If you have any questions, please call our office at 1(800) 552-1027.
Claims must be started within 90 days of the purchase date. Shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes are non-refundable, which includes items that ship free. Photographs are required to fully process the claim. Corresponding emails for your claim must be sent within 14 days after our request. If we do not receive a reply via email with the information needed within 7 days, the claim will be closed.
