Our quality mix includes two grains which establish quickly and handle heavy grazing. We added a cold-tolerant and nitrogen fixing winter pea companion to complement and sustain the blend while extending the life of the plot. Lastly, clover and rape were added to make Hancock’s Buckshot Mix highly attractive all winter long with sweet clover buds and high sugar content. Hancock’s Buckshot Mix is cold hardy and well adapted to all areas of the United States making it genuinely “tried and true” around these parts. United StatesPlanted Hancock's Buckshot Food Plot Mix in my wildlife food plot for the second straight season. I have clover and peas left rom last year. Planted this while the soil was wet from recent rains and most of it sprouted within a week. Our deer and rabbits love it.

United StatesHave been happy with the seed I have purchased in the past haven’t planted the buckshot just piked it up 500lbs today. Disappointed with marketing “ BulkSavings “ and “VIP” discounts are only a discount on shipping. If you pick up yourself there is NO discount on the price of seed.
Discounts depend on the seed being purchased and the buckshot fall is already heavily reduced at only $29.99 for 50 lbs. Other seed may have bigger discounts. Wherever possible we do try to give bulk discounts but it is not possible on all seeds. I hope this helps. Hope the deer love the buckshot fall mix, we are sure they will!
