Here is what a Yankee from Chicago was able to accomplish using Hancock seed, fertilizer and your instructions on how to grow Argentine Bahia grass

We moved into a new-to-us Florida home in January of 2012. We came from Illinois where having a good lawn is easy. We were told by lots of people to cut down our trees if we wanted to have grass or just plant some shade loving plants. then I found Hancock Farms. I wish I could post before and after photos. We have now have a nice lawn, thanks to Hancock Farms.
Thank you for suggesting the Majestic Bermudagrass seed for my northeast Texas lawn. My lawn was a mix of St. Augustine and weeds. I tilled the lawn and removed all of the grass, spread a starter fertilizer, and seeded with the Majestic Bermuda per the instructions given to me by Hancock Seed. That was 11 weeks ago and my yard has never looked so good! It's full and green and plush. I am very, very pleased with the product. Its establishment rate was fast and germination percentage was high. I know my lawn is still young, but it appears to be fully established. Thanks to you, I already have the nicest lawn in the neighborhood. By this time next year, I might have the nicest lawn in town. The Majestic bermuda has very little testimonials on the internet so I wanted to share my experience. My lawn is probably 65/35 sun to shade, and I couldn't be happier with the grass. I'd recommend the Majestic to anyone. Thank you Hancock Seed.
I planted the sun hemp cover crop on a Wednesday. It was sprouting on Friday. I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it myself. I can almost see it growing.
After several years of throwing my money away at lawn maintenance service and watching my St. Augustine lawn die, I finally decided to seed my lawn. In February 2011 I purchased a 50lb bag of the Bahia grass seed mix with rye from Hancock Seed and seeded the rear and side of my property. I was not sure if it would work. I will let the attached photos of my lawn speak for themselves. It was not easy getting my lawn to look this way as I had to cut and remove the old lawn and lay fresh soil before I applied the seed. As you can see it was worth the hard work and now I maintain my own lawn. On February 13, 2012, nine days ago, I seeded the front of my property 5k square Ft. and already it's covered in green.
Thank you Hancock seed for a great product.
